Free Meditations
These free meditations have been developed over the years with thought, consideration and courtesy for my clients' needs as they progress on their journey. I ask you treat them with the respect they deserve. Please don't use them while driving, multi-tasking or operating machinery. They are designed to be used in a quiet space for yourself. If you do decide to use them in a group setting, in a class or in a public gathering I just ask that you use them with heart-centred discernment, for the highest good of the group.
