How does a session work?
First we asses your goals. What do you want from these sessions? Is there something you are working on, through or towards? What are your goals? Is this a quick energetic clean-out or are there other issues you wish to work on? How are you feeling? What do you feel you need? With a unique set of focused questioning and intuiting of the resonance around them what you need becomes apparent.
What is the difference between your sessions and traditional talk therapy?
Within our sessions my focus is on the energy surrounding the issue. How the energetic seed began to develop, the ongoing energetic consequences and what is needed to assist you to energetically resolve this. The benefits being that when (or if) you are seeing a traditional talk therapist that the emotional reactivity is reduced, solutions become clearer, behaviours are easier to modify and true core change begins.
Is it okay to have a session with you as well as see a counselor/talk therapist?
Absolutely. Many of my clients see different people to assist in their journey towards completion. They have found it incredibly beneficial to see traditional talk therapist in conjunction with our sessions. My aim is to assist your journey in the energetic resolution of the issue you are dealing with so you can see, feel and work through this with clarity rather that feeling triggered or falling into reactive/ protective patterns.

I have two options available. I am able to conduct sessions over the phone or I conduct in person appointments every Wednesday at Four Seasons Wellness Centre in Abbottsford.
