GROUND ME - Eucalyptus Essence
This light and refreshing eucalyptus spray has physical properties from the Eucalyptus Radiata tree. The core physical medicinal effects contain anti bacterial, deeply decongesting and anti fungal properties . On an energetic level it aligns and re centres the energetic body while reinforcing strong boundaries. A good all rounder and perfect for the cold season.

SUPPORT YOUR HEART - Rose Essence
Roses are one of the oldest flowers on Earth, with fossils found in Colorado dating back 35 million years. There are over 150 species of roses, as well as tens of thousands of cultivated varieties. Our floral water is obtained during the distillation of the highly sought after Rose Oil (Rosa Damascena), a beautifully gentle, slightly woody fragrance carries an abundance of benefits connecting and carrying you back to your heart.
Physical properties:
Reduces irritation and inflammation in the body, regulates hormones and strengthens the heart.
Energetic properties:
Connects you deeply with your heart in a safe and held way allowing deep lessons to become understood through the wisdom of the heart.
CALM YOUR FARM- Lavender Essence
Carrying a deep herb and floral aroma that calms and re-balances the body lavender has been used for decades as a mood enhancer, cosmetic additive and medicinal allay. This very familiar, slightly floral and woody fragrance reminds me of the lavender fields in central Victoria, sun on your face , hearing bees and birds and deeply breathing warm country air.
Physical benefits:
Lavender is primarily known to be a relaxing, calming oil, helping to relieve feelings of stress, irritability, and nervous tension. Reducing the heart rate and creating a calm smell for the body to register a relaxed state
Energetic benefits:
Rebuilds and restores the bodies natural energetic structures while allowing larger emotions and resonances to be lifted gently while reminding the body and energy they are safe.
Seal and Protect- Palo Santo Essence
This light and grounding floral water is harvested from Palo Santo trees- a wood primarily found in South American and Central American regions. A part of the citrus family a close cousin to the famous frankincense and myrrh. it has an earthy, warm, woody fragrance with hints of lemon, pine, musk and mint. As this is a spray has a low smell volume it can be easily and not overwhelmingly used to cleanse, clear and maintain the energetic integrity of entire room.
Hold and uplift- Lemon Myrtle Essence
Lemon Myrtle is sometimes referred to as the “Queen of the Lemon Herbs”. Our floral water bursts with citrus fragrance, and has long been used in Aboriginal cuisine and medicine. In the wild, you’ll find it in the subtropical rainforests of central and south-eastern Queensland.
Physical benefits:
Anti bacterial anti fungal, calms and soothes an overworked nervous system, helps to calm and collect thoughts.
Energetic benefits:
Helps to clear and bring to light that has been hidden, Brings light and a breath of fresh air to a situation, lightens and enlivens the energetic structures, assists to uncover what has been hidden in deep emotion- then bring in the light to clear it..... gently.
Find my feet- Neroli Essence
Neroli oil extracted from the flowers of bitter orange trees (Citrus aurantium var. amara). It’s also known as orange blossom oil. The oil is extracted from the flowers by steam distillation. Neroli emits a rich, floral scent, with citrusy overtones.
Physical benefits: Reduces the stress respons in the body, aids sleep, may help with depression and disregulation, lightens and enlivens the mood
Energetic benefits: Allows you to enter energetic spaces calmly seeing with grace, deeply ceremonial can allow the user different perspective, understanding and knowing from a grounded position
SMUDGE THAT!- White Sage Essence
Sourced internationally and made in Australia this spray is one of the staples in our range. A light herbaceous fragrance with the unmistakable sage impact. White sage has been used for centuries as a powerful medicinal plant not just physically but energetically as well. The Shoshone took white sage for colds, coughs, headaches, stomachaches, as a compress for fevers, as a regulator of menstrual disorders, and for influenza. The Washoe used white sage as a cooling, aromatic wash for headaches, colds, and coughs. As as a mutil talented plant how would you work with it?
Physical properties:
White sage has been used for hundreds of years by Native Americans for a variety of ailments. For example, white sage tea was used for stomach troubles, and crushed leaves were used as snuff for headaches, nosebleeds, and sinus attacks.
Energetic properties:
White sage is said to cleanse negativity from people, items, and homes. It can also help with stress relief and mild anxiety or depression
Hold and uplift- Spearmint Essence
Our spearmint floral water is a light, bright addition to your toolkit. Harvested and made in Australia this spray is minty sweet, light and refreshing. Used for purification and cleansing of your space and place. Greek mythology says that Persephone, who was jealous of her husband's attraction to a beautiful spirit, Minthe, turned her into a plant, which is now commonly called as mint (sorry Minthe!)
Medicinal properties:
Antiseptic, anti-oxidant and energising, reduces stress and improves memory

Go Within- Buddha wood Essence
Go Within - Buddha wood is another steller and underappreciated Australian native plant. Buddha wood has an earthy , woody and slightly citrisy fragrance. Used by people for centuries for its medicinal and spiritual properties we are still learning about the depth and breath of its applications. Found all over Australia discover this unique plant for yourself.
Physical benefits:
Calms the central nervous system, can help combat feelings of depression allowing some space between the person and their disregulation. It's unique composition of sesquiterpene ketones contributes to its benefits in helping to balance the emotions, provide a sense of calm and ease anxiety.
Energetic benefits:
Buddah wood pairs beautifully with meditation or energetic seeking. relaxing and calming the body while grounding and preparing the mind and body for meditation.
Pump It Up- Lime Essence
Feeling blue or need a boost- this is the one to get it done. Citrus fragrance with an uplifting kick this is bound to get a skip in your step. While boosting concentration and supporting natural energy levels this game changer essence will get things moving sustainably. One of the often overlooked essences this pocket rocket balances the emotions, particularly when dealing with intense or overwhelming feelings. Bringing the mental, emotional and energetic systems back into balance.
In My Own- Rosemary Essence
Rosemary is actually what started all this. I went to a healer and she used it after we had completed our session and this small experience really stuck with me. The combination of energetic resetting and bringing your conscious senses into your experience. I love rosemary for its deep and intricate fragrance. Its dense woodyness brings back feelings of warmth, security and home. Rosemary itself is a booster of memory, uplifts the mood and creates a balance in the energetic and emotional systems- bringing you into the present. This is perfectly paired with White sage, Buddha wood and Palo santo as a deep and protective essence in a custom blend.
How to use my essence?
I have put together some different layouts that work for me. How you choose to use and discover this tool and what works for you is part of your journey. How will you use it? What works for you? Below are some solid starting ideas. Just quickly- please don't spray directly into your eyes or ingest the sprays- its just not a good idea! However you can spray them directly onto clothing and skin after doing a patch test ( of course) to see if there is any reaction- If one occurs- DON'T USE IT!!. And please use your own good judgement with these tools.
