- What is the primary function... clearing? stabilizing the energy in a room/person? working from the heart or creating a resonance that supports you? List 3 functions and start from here.
- Do you want a Crystal water, a floral water or a blend? I like the floral waters for a really low fragrance load in my sprays. The floral water sprays are good for a singular targeted reset and the blends are great for a multi layered approach- with the boost of clear quartz!

How to use my spray?
I have put together some different layouts that work for me. How you choose to use and discover this tool and what works for you is part of your journey. How will you use it? What works for you? Below are some solid starting ideas. Just quickly- please don't spray directly into your eyes or ingest the sprays- its just not a good idea! However you can spray them directly onto clothing and skin after doing a patch test ( of course) to see if there is any reaction- If one occurs- DON'T USE IT!!. And please use your own good judgement with these tools.
