When booking I would suggest deciding how much time you require for an appointment- 60 or 90 min:
60 min is good for ongoing sessions, 90 min is better for 1st appointments or if you feel  the problem is a little more complex.

In-person sessions are available Wednesday and Saturday in Abbottsford,
or  via phone Thursday and Friday - especially good for interstate or international humans.

Just like every person is different, so is each session.

Often conflict, discomfort feeling or avoidance are all subtle (yet very loud) symptoms of an issue arising for resolution. When the light structures in the body  become disrupted, diluted or misaligned the connection within becomes weaker, fractured or is just completely missing. With your session first the issue you wish to work on is identified, a plan created with you, then your energy is realigned.

When working with clients it is easy to become enmeshed energetically to assist in their journey (after a session do you still think of that client a few days later?). What happens in the healing, counselling and supporting work spaces does not only happen on a physical and mental level; it  happens on an energetic level as well, and how do you as a healer, counsellor or space holder come back 100% from this energetic entanglement with another person? Sometimes the energetic resonance of a session, appointment or trauma revisiting does remain with the healer, supporter or space holder. If you can recall how many clients or people you see and assist in a day, week, month or year this psychic debris does accumulate over time.  I offer specialised services to see beyond what is seen. These include a thorough cleansing and clearing of your energy fields - both seen and unseen. Releasing and removing traces, traumas or aspects  of past clients, their journeys and any imprints that have been left with you. This allows you to completely and solidly inhabit your energetic presence, ground within your own talents and to co-create from a solid and firm unified space. When you are out of alignment you will feel “a little off” or easily distracted, tired, sluggish, drifty thoughts. It can be a real struggle to carry the energetic imprints of others as you gather your energy to assist others. This struggle or tired feeling can be your energy field struggling to contain the “left over” residue of the energy from another person, situation or client appointment. Often we cannot see what is still left with us- no one can see everything. But I believe we are all given individualised gifts and a strong network of support is imperative for anyone involved with supportive  work. When we co-create from our true energetic centre we  create stronger, more present and grounded supporters for this world  (and happier ones!)

Custom blend essence- phone session or in person

Beginning from scratch we can design an essence that is completely unique to you. Choose up to 3 selected floral waters and have your own custom blend tailored exactly to you. For this option we can work both in-person and via Whats App. iYour experience will be approximately a 30 min session and we will formulate your plan, select your essences, create your own blend and align your essence to you.


The fun part of this experience is how you/we can choose your blend. Have you been working on, through or towards something- then we can craft an essence to support this process/support boundaries/grounding/clearing/supporting etc.


Are you interested in learning a little about biofeedback then we can explore choosing your blend using Kinesiology. Alternatively have you ever thought about other tools- exploring pendulum use or even the ultimate trust just smelling each one and in a calm and held space you can choose your own according to what vibes with you. This is your journey and I am so happy to facilitate and work together
